If you have tried to launch the pdf but it is not being displayed the problem may be that your browser is blocking pop-ups.
To turn the pop-up blocker off or adjust it to allow pop-ups, from your main browser menu:

Pop-up Blocker>
Pop-up Blocker Settings | Add www.mortgagebankers.org to the allowed sites and click on 'Add'. | | Firefox | Tools>
Options>
Content tab | Click on the 'Allowed sites' button, add www.mortgagebankers.org and click on 'Allow'. | | Safari | | Click on 'Block Pop-up Windows'. |
If you do not have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer, click on Adobe Reader for a free download.
