Debra W. Still, CMB, is President and Chief Executive Officer of Pulte Mortgage, a nationwide lender that is headquartered in Englewood, Colorado. The company employs 542 individuals throughout the United States and, since 1972, has helped more than 300,000 homebuyers finance their new home purchases.
Still became Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) in October 2012. Still recently served as Chair of MBA's Residential Board of Governors (RESBOG) and is a member of the association's Board of Directors. As an active MBA member for more than a decade, Still has also served on MBA's Strategic Planning Committee and was Chair of the MBA Forward Task Force, as well as a member of MBA's Loan Origination Task Force, Affordable Housing Committee and the Secondary and Capital Markets Committee.

Burke previously served as head of KeyBank Real Estate Capital where he was responsible for the development, profitability and quality of the commercial real estate portfolio, both on and off balance sheet, on a national basis.

Bill Cosgrove, Vice Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association, is the President and CEO of Union National Mortgage Co., an independent mortgage banker headquartered in Strongsville, Ohio. He joined Union National in 1994, was named President in 1998 and in 1999, he purchased the company.
He currently serves on the MBA Board of Directors and has served on MBA’s Residential Board of Governors (RESBOG) and the RESBOG Steering Committee. From 2008 to 2010, he was the Chairman of MBA’s Mortgage Bankers Political Action Committee (MORPAC), where he led efforts in raising $1.1 million dollars for industry activism. In 2011, he was awarded the MBA’s Burton C. Wood National Legislative Service Award for his legislative efforts on behalf of the mortgage banking industry.
Cosgrove’s mortgage banking career began in 1986 as a residential loan officer. In 2000, at the age of 38, he was named by Crain’s Cleveland Business as a “40 under 40” top young executives in Northeast Ohio. In 2003 he was inducted into the Bedford, Ohio High School Distinguished Hall of Fame for his accomplishments in Mortgage Banking. In 2004, he earned MBA’s Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation. In 2007-2008, Cosgrove served as President of the Ohio Mortgage Bankers Association. In 2008, Cosgrove was awarded the distinguished Hoddup Award for his many contributions to the Ohio Mortgage Bankers Association.
