MBA has six residential committees that report to the Residential Board of Governors (RESBOG), and there are four subcommittees established by RESBOG with chairs that report to the full committee chair.

The FHA Subcommittee focuses on production issues related to the Federal Housing Administration single-family mortgage insurance program. It also provides policy guidance as appropriate.
